What Snifi does
Snifi is a referral and marketing service. We talk with small-business owners about their funding needs and connect them with third-party funding partners. Snifi is not a lender, broker-dealer, bank or financial advisor. We do not make credit decisions, lend money, or set the amount, cost or terms of any funding.
No guarantee of funding
Submitting our form or an application does not guarantee approval, a specific amount, rate, term or funding time. Each funding partner makes its own decisions under its own criteria, and offers vary by business. Any agreement you sign is between you and the funding partner, under that partner’s terms.
Information only, not advice
Content on this website and in our conversations is general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Before accepting any funding, review the full terms and total cost, and consider talking with your own advisor.
Your information and accuracy
You agree to give accurate, current information about yourself and your business. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you describe. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Communications
By submitting our form, you agree that we may contact you by email and phone about your request. We send text messages only if you check a consent box. You can reply STOP to any text, or unsubscribe from marketing emails, at any time.
Compensation
Our service is free to you. We may receive compensation from funding partners when a business we refer is funded. This does not change the cost of your funding.

Applications are completed on funding partners’ own secure websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, or their privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply.
Use of this website
Don’t misuse the site: no false submissions, no attempts to interfere with its operation, and no copying of its content for commercial use without permission. The Snifi name, logo and site content belong to Busy Ocean LLC.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This website and our services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Busy Ocean LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision made by a funding partner, arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
